    Precautions

    • If you are feeling dizzy or sleepy or experience an extreme coolness in your head, consider taking Herbal daily Brahmi in the evenings before dinner. This means that your brain nerves are being opened. This feeling will subside within 15-20 days.
    • Do not use Herbal Daily Brahmi if you also suffer from jaundice or bile duct problems.
    • Always use Herbal Daily with water. Water should be at room temperature, neither too hot nor too cold.
    • Avoid drinking or eating anything for 30-45 minutes before & after taking Herbal Daily.
    • Do not use Herbal Daily if you are pregnant, looking to get pregnant, suffer from excessive bleeding or are nursing.
    • Do not take Herbal Daily if you suffer (or have suffered) from Piles. Herbal Daily ACV can be taken, though.
    • Do not give it to children below 10 years of age.
